A few months ago I shared the engagement session and now I am privileged to share the wedding! It was super beautiful, the weather was perfect and their was so much happiness in the air. Joe + Beth were married in her parent’s backyard. They also used their neighbor’s backyard which was right behind their backyard. It worked out perfectly.
Joe+Beth did a first look, this is always great because it gives us a bit of time to capture some photos of just the two of them before everyone arrives and also relaxes everyone. Their first look was in Beth’s Tiny house. She’s been preparing it for some time and they plan to live there in the near future. They are so cool! Their plan is to live in their tiny house to reduce their carbon footprint.
Joe’s first comments were about Beth’s dress, at that moment I realized…he hadn’t seen it before! I knew this, since it’s so common for the groom not to see it. But at the same time it really sunk in how special it really is. Seeing your bride for the first time in her wedding dress.
After the first look, on the way to take photos of the two of them, they had time to take in the decor. And it was such great decor!
There was a live band with a cute, great sounding, tiny piano! It turns out the entire band was all family members. I wish you could hear the music, it was so great.
And then the wedding xoxo.
After photos their was a delicious dinner, speeches, and dancing. It was all such a blast!
As you can see it was a beautiful event, there was so much more than I can share in this blog. We were so honored to be there.
Thanks for reading!
