Tony and Ashley had a beautiful wedding at St Mary’s Fancher in Amherst early in August. It was a beautiful day, although super warm, this doesn’t change anything, accept in the Church there was no air. Everyone survived anyway :-) We go arrived to the wedding just as Ashley was finishing up getting ready. We were privileged to have photographed her Maid of Honor’s wedding a few years back, this was extra fun because now she is expecting twins! That’s her, helping Ashley with the earring.
We had a few minutes to have fun with the details.
Tony and Ashley have been a sweet couple for quite some time. They have to children, that did a great job as flower girl and ring bearer.
Ashley was walked down the isle by both her mother and father.
Then was the ceremony with an encouraging message and prayer. Followed of course, with rings, kisses, and so much love! They also did a unity candle as a family. This was sweet, but challenging with the humidity.
After the ceremony we had family photos, a few bridal party photos, and we cleared the sanctuary for a sweet photo of just the two of them.
Afterwards we snapped a few outside the Church and then headed over to Lake Pacawa for photos of the bridal party.
At the reception we took the challenge of photographing Tony and Ashley at each table in under two minutes. There were at least 150 people there, we succeeded!
There was lot of activities at the dance, including the speeches and a delightful dinner. Most important of course was Tony and Ashley in their first dance.
There are so many more wonderful photos. I wish I could share them all. It really was a beautiful day. They are a great couple whom I pray will have many wonderful years together. They already have!
As always, it’s such an honor to capture the day.
